Reunion Tower

Reunion Tower Observation Deck opened as Dallas' newest must-see attraction

Launch fueled the revitalization of Reunion Tower in Dallas, TX which had been closed for years. Launch provided interactive technology, design for touch screen experiences, a responsive website, operations and business modeling, and information technology infrastructure. In October 2013 the tower re-opened for a world class experience atop the observation deck. The future of tourism - 500 feet above Dallas

"There are only so many tall buildings and iconic structures in the world; and thus, I feel really fortunate to have been a part of driving the vision, strategy, and execution for the revitalization of Reunion Tower in Dallas, TX. The quick history behind the project is that Ray Hunt (Hunt Oil) and John Scovell (Woodbine Development Corp) had built the tower together nearly 40 years ago. For the past decade, however, the observation deck and guest experience have not been available to the public. Why would one of the largest privately held energy companies in the world not be fully operating the tower? One of the reasons may have been that they were waiting for a clear vision for the tower. I got to experience leading Ray Hunt and his leadership team through the customer experience design process. We came up with a really unique, spectacular, and captivating customer experience that showcases our skills with big data, mobility, design, and customer engagement. This Fall, the doors will re-open to the public, and visitors from around the world will get to experience and share their memories of what we built for Reunion Tower. Ultimately, these visitors will be the final judge on the creativeness, design, and quality of our work."
