HOT JOB | IT Service Desk Supervisor
We’re seeking an IT Service Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our IT service desk. This role provides supervision of employees and contractors that troubleshoot and provide solutions to hardware and software incidents, respond to IT service requests, and administer user accounts. The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant IT service desk or help desk experience and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
