HOT JOB | CX Architect – Bellevue, San Francisco
This role will report to the Director of Customer Experience and will be instrumental in driving customer experience best practices and leading customer engagements through impactful transformation. As part of the Customer Experience team, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence the experience direction of Launch Consulting, as well as customers of Launch, by creating and executing initiatives that will build momentum and accelerate change across the organization.
You must thrive in a collaborative cross-functional team environment while helping to build out processes, frameworks and best practices. The CX Architect will understand the client’s needs by facilitating journey map and service blueprint workshops to provide insight and recommendations for strategic investments. This role will require some travel.
